The Oregon Legislature is considering Hb 2050.  House Bill 2050 goal is to exempts from state income tax all retirement pay, or pension that comes from servicing in the military.

This is included in the taxpayer’s federal taxable income for the tax year.   This is a bill to watch in the Legislature that impacts veterans.
